... a tradition of excellence

My favorite memory is just the whole season in general ...

I just really enjoy running. I had very good coaches and a good team. On the last Sidney invite which was the last meet for some of us runners, It was a great way to end the 2019 season, everybody gave 100% and we absolutely rocked it. I also got a new PR of 19:40

I honestly don’t think I had a favorite season memory...

it’s all the little things that truly made my season one to remember. My not so little brother was a 7th grade runner this year so I finally got to support him when he ran, I got to do two things that I love...a little bit of running at the beginning and taking pictures of all the amazing people on the team in the end, and lastly when I got my knee surgery I got to see how supportive this “family” really is. Being apart of this team is something I wouldn’t give up for the world.

Julie Isphording, former Olympic runner

"What seems hard now will one day be your warm-up."

"The real purpose of running isn't to win a race. It's to test the limits of the human heart."
